Timing
We recommend booking your cake 6 months in advance. Ballerina Baker only accepts a limited number of orders to give each cake the attention to detail that it deserves and our calendar fills up quickly.
Tasting and Design Consultation
Ballerina Baker’s cakes are made from scratch using local, seasonal and fresh ingredients.
Tastings take place in our home studio in Salt Lake City, unless otherwise specified. We recommend that couples choose 3-5 flavors for their tasting.
Tastings are $75; however, if you choose Ballerina Baker for your wedding day that fee goes toward your wedding cake.
We also ship tasting boxes overnight for a fee and consult via Zoom.
Tastings and design consultations last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour for up to 5 people.
Pricing and Delivery
Our pricing is based on the number of servings and the design of your cake.
We currently have a $1,200 minimum for all orders.
We travel all over the world and the country with our cakes.
